2024.02.15 [Screw Rescue Report] Smart Key Screw Issue

This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer residing in Osaka, Japan.

★Issue Details:

The customer faced a problem with the smart key (Clavis authentication key). The screw on the battery box cover became stripped, making it impossible to remove. Unable to figure out how to deal with this, they contacted us for assistance.

★Work Log:

As the customer lives nearby our location, we adjusted the schedule for them to bring in the device. The Screw Rescue Team initiated the operation. By using a trick of Neji-Mogura Middle Type DBZ-410, or Socket Screw Extractor DBZ-410 the team successfully rescued the smart key.
