This report is a Screw Rescue record from a local customer in Osaka.

★Issue Description: 

"I attempted to loosen the screws on the handle to replace the motorcycle grips, but the screws got stripped."

★Work Log:

The customer had recently moved to Osaka and wasn't familiar with the area. They found our company by searching Google for "screw, stripped." They called us right away, and we provided assistance.

★Method:

We provided the customer with a Socket Screw Extractor (DBZ series) and GT DRIVE (DZ-70) set, along with instructions on how to use them.

★Customer Appreciation:
