2023.10.08 [Screw Rescue Report] Motorcycle Intercom

This report is a record of a Screw Rescue from a customer in Daito City, Osaka Prefecture, in the Kinki region of Japan.

★ Issue Description

"I stripped the Torx screw while attempting to replace the battery of my motorcycle intercom (SENA SMH5). I contacted other companies (with photos), but they declined, saying it was impossible. Would it be possible for you to remove it in person? Thank you in advance."

Scheduled a date for the customer to bring the product to our company.

Under the watchful eye of "Urus-kun," the Screw Rescue Team performed an emergency operation.

Fortunately, it was not severely stripped, and we were able to successfully remove the Torx screw using the ENGINEER Special Screwdriver Bit (Part No.: DR-84).
