2023.06.25 [Screw Rescue Report] Door Knob Screw

We received an SOS from a customer in Kamigyo-ku, Kyoto City regarding a door knob screw.

"The screw for the doorknob has stripped, and I cannot remove it. Additionally, the initial tightening was too tight, causing the screw to sink into the plate."

Based on the photos provided, we judged the damage to the screw and decided to send Neji-saurus Bazooka (Rapid Screw Extractor), Neji-saurus Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor), and the GT Drive (Part Number: DZ-70) in the Screwless Rescue Set.

We received a delightful email saying, "I was able to successfully remove the screw and repair the door. Thank you very much."
