SOS Received from a Customer in Kyoto Prefecture: Nintendo Switch screws were stripped!
"I am having trouble extracting two screws on the cover of the Joy-Con for my Nintendo Switch. I tried to extract them with a 1.5mm Y-shaped screwdriver, but they got stripped."
