How to select the suitable crimping dies 
Note

1. Measure the width of conductor barrel or insulation barrel with
a caliper while both barrel lugs are adjusted in parallel.

2. Select the die width that is close to the width of barrel lugs measured.   Example: 1.5mm measured -->> Select 1.6mm dies.

Conductor Barrel (Lug) Crimping:
Det er bedre at forskyde den bagerste kant af ledertromlen (lugen) 0,1-0,2 mm fra kanten af den øvre matrice for at danne en klokkemunding på kanten af den krympede cylinder. (som vist på figuren til højre)
Isoleringstønde (Lug) Crimpning:
Indstil isoleringsrøret (knap) i midten af den øvre dyse i dybden for at holde cylinderen (knap) vandret, når der krympes.
